Do you need delivery faster than EXPEDITED or on a specific date?

Call us at 410-238-0099 and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Guaranteed Delivery Dates apply to continental United States, only. Alaska, Hawaii, may require additional days. Calendar days are Monday through Sunday, excluding national holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

 

 

Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE only for orders over $100.00. If you have other special shipping requirements, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. International orders are charged for freight. For additional information on international deliveries, please contact us.

What might delay my order?
There are a few things that may delay the production of your order:

  • Incomplete Order Information
    If your order is not complete we will contact you by email or phone. Your order will be placed on hold pending your response.

  • Holiday Rush
    During major holidays and events, our normal production times may increase due to a higher volume of orders. We recommend you allow an extra week for your order during these times.

How do I track my order?
Track the status of your order sign in to access your account. Check the status of current orders and view your order history. To see detailed order information, click on the order number.

 

RETURN POLICY

What is your Return Policy?
We believe so strongly in our products and designs.

If our product arrives with a material or design flaw, we will refund your money. It's that simple!

 

To ensure a timely refund, we request you contact us within 8 days of receiving your order so we may provide you with an  authorization return ticket. Returned items must be unworn and in "as new" condition. Sizing is always controversial when it comes to women's clothing, so please excuse our directness: we cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes. Please contact us to receive more detailed garment specifications, if you have any questions as to how a particular product fits
