Refunds are offered as replacement items or in-house credit for future purchase. Remember to recheck your items before placing the order to make sure their are no mistakes. Though not guaranteed, we will try in most cases to contact client the client when orders are received before final printing begins, in order to verify that a review of the submitted work has been done. Whether or not, we contact you in this case, largely depends on the amount of work at hand. It is the clients responsibility to make sure that submitted work is correct. For this very reason, we have provide the customer with a eight (8) hour grace period from order submission to actual printing to allow for any changes or cancellation. Remember, all orders are custom printed. *Errors on our part refer to any change we make that is not authorized or approved by the customer. It can also refer to any item with a hole, rip, or tear. Any mistakes or quality reproduction issues in spelling or art omission that are present on the approved, submitted client artwork or client-approved proof are not the responsibility of Afro Fusion . |
