Yes! AfroFusion allows you to buy from different vendors in one seamless checkout. Each vendor will ship their items separately, and you’ll receive tracking details per shipment.

Products that are available for purchase are in stock. If an item is sold out or on backorder, you’ll see a clear note on the product page before you can add it to your cart.

Afro Fusion is dedicated to maintaining customer satisfaction to the maximum possible standards. Should there be an error on our part, we will make the necessary adjustments and re-ship replacement items. Utmost care is taken to ensure that correct items as ordered are shipped. We keep a log of each request/order and counter check each before printing to avoid any subsequent issues. We go to great lengths to describe offered products as best as possible in order to assist you, the customer, make an informed decision. If the items received are materially different from those ordered and approved (i.e. you ordered a pink ladies tank top and received a ladies green tank top or a men’s blue tee shirt), we will reship replacement items at no additional cost to the you.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Each vendor manages their own shipping times, so you’ll receive updates directly from them after checkout.

We can deliver to any International Destination. Some of our vendors might be local to your location where free shipping might be applicable. For those not, shipping cost and arrangements will be pronounced before hand.

Postage will be calculated at order  placing and are based on weight and size. In some cases, free delivery is offered when your order has reached a certain thresh-hold. However, this is at the discretion of the supplying vendor. Postage is also based on shipped method/carrier picked at the time of order placement. Shipping prices will be given to you before final payment is requested. So will the info on free shipping eligibility.

We do not insure items during delivery, so if your postbox/front door is not secure, you might like to nominate a delivery address that is, such as a staffed workplace.

Most vendors accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items may be non-returnable: check individual product pages for details.

If the item is defective or incorrect, the vendor will cover the return cost. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.

Each vendor has their own handling policy. This will be spelled out on their ordering page. Some of our vendors will offer refunds as replacement items or in-house credit for future purchase.
For custom printable items like t-shirts, most vendors might not accept returns on the basis of incorrect size or errors of omission on the side of the customer. Remember to recheck your items before placing the order to make sure their are no mistakes.
