    The product you received is materially flawed, broken, torn, or damaged, including damage during shipping. Please provide clear photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.

    Incorrect Item Received
    You received the wrong size, color, variation, or product compared to your order. We will work with you to replace or refund as appropriate.

    Item Not as Described
    There’s a major mismatch between the product description/listing and what was delivered (e.g., design, material, or function).

    Non-Delivery
    Your order never arrived, and tracking confirms non-delivery, or it is significantly delayed beyond the vendor’s stated timeframe without notice.

    Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
    If you request to cancel before the item has been shipped or produced (especially for made-to-order items), we will process a full refund.

    Custom Order Failure (Vendor Side)
    If the vendor is unable to fulfill a custom or personalized order or delivers an item with key personalization errors.

    2️⃣ When Refunds Are Not Granted

    We do not typically offer refunds for:

    ❌ Change of mind after delivery.
    ❌ Incorrect sizing when size charts were provided and matched.
    ❌ Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to screen differences or the handmade nature of products.

    Please email support@afrofusion.net or the Vendor you purchased rom directly within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for non-delivery cases). Include:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Clear photos if relevant (e.g., damaged item, wrong product).

    Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

    4️⃣ What Happens Next?

    If your refund is approved:

    💳 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

    If your refund is not approved, we will provide a clear explanation and offer possible solutions (e.g., replacement, store credit).
